Always have a safe way to get home

  • Designate a sober driver
  • Use rideshare services
  • Have a backup plan
  • Never drink and drive

Drink plenty of water throughout the evening

  • Drink water between alcoholic beverages
  • Start with a glass of water
  • Continue hydrating after drinking
  • Recognize signs of dehydration

Warning Signs of Overconsumption

Action: Stop drinking and switch to water

Impaired Coordination
